The short version: This website is the information, waitlist and investor-interest site for TimeBank Academy. The product is live in beta at app.timebank.academy, under its own in-app terms. By using this website you agree to these terms. Registering investment interest is not a commitment to invest.

1. About TimeBank Academy

TimeBank Academy ("TimeBank", "we", "us") is a peer-to-peer skill exchange platform developed by Ciprian Petcu, based in Antwerp, Belgium. This website (timebank.academy) provides information, waitlist sign-up and investor-interest registration. The TimeBank product is live in beta at app.timebank.academy and is governed by separate in-app terms.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using timebank.academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

3. Waitlist registration

By joining the waitlist, you:

Agree to receive email communications about the TimeBank platform launch
Acknowledge this does not constitute any contractual commitment on either side
Can unsubscribe at any time by emailing hello@timebank.academy

4. Investment interest registration

Registering investment interest through this website:

Is not a commitment to invest and has no legal or financial binding effect
Is an expression of interest only, for the purpose of being notified when the SeedBlink campaign opens
Does not constitute an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities
Any actual investment will be made through SeedBlink's regulated platform under their terms and full risk disclosure
